The Challenge
KHOV Homes needed to get people excited again about buying new homes. An 8k tax credit was a great way to give listeners a sense of urgency
The Resource
Our creative team went out to the KHOV main offices and conducted an on-site brainstorming on how we could help them create a sense of urgency and an "event" to push home sales in July.
The Idea
A very specific endorsement campaign on 3 radio stations supported by recorded announcements on others drove listeners over a 10 day period in July to purchase a KHOV home. In addition to the tax incentive, KHOV offered other incentives as well as an contest to win a 100k down payment.
The Results
KHOV sold 30 homes from our promotion and they were very happy. We are already discussing our next plan!
