| The Challenge | Ceviche is a "niche" Tapas Bar & Restaurant that had been quietly opening locations for the last several years. With four locations now, they hadn't done any "real" advertising. They needed to identify their position and have sound tactics to support it. |
| The Resource | We conducted two MSM's (Marketing Strategy Model Sessions) and a CPS (Creative Problem Solving) session with 8-12 people involved in each meeting along with the client and his management staff. Our creative team and our videographer made outstanding contributions with excellent radio commericals and online pre-rolls. |
| The Idea | We concluded their USP was their dining "experience" and created a strategy focusing on that. Our position for them was "Discover the Ceviche Experience". Each tactic was an idea supporting a couple of different nights such as "Tapas Tuesdays" and "Sangria Sundays" with live entertainment |
| The Results | Within a month, sales on the given nights were rising significantly. Around 6 weeks into the campaign they had a "record breaking" Tuesday |
