The Challenge
Tri-City Appliance seeks a marketing plan to generate an increased volume of calls for their sales division in both the heating and cooling sectors and to generate service leads for the maintenance of heating and cooling systems. They are targeting the Fairfield and New Haven County geographic areas.
The Resource
The current year plan for Tri-City includes additional months of :10 and :60 commercials to fully encompass the heating and cooling season and to maximize the revenue generated from their radio campaign. Event sponsorship will be continued to reap the benefit of face-to-face interaction with the Star 99.9 audience.
The Idea
Tri-City initiated their radio marketing campaign with a 3 month cooling and a 3 month heating program that included a combination of :10 and :60 commercials, a web presence and on-site event sponsorships. With the success that was generated, Tri-City set up their next marketing campaign with an expanded program.
The Results
Within the past year, Tri-City Appliance has generated over $100,000 in new appliance business sales and service leads as a direct result of their radio marketing program with Star 99.9.
