Robert F. Neil
President &
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Neil has served as a director and as President and Chief Executive Officer of Cox Radio since July 1996 and was Executive Vice President - Radio of Cox Broadcasting from June 1992 to 1996. Previously, he was Vice President and General Manager of WSB-AM/FM (Atlanta, Georgia). Mr. Neil joined Cox Broadcasting in November 1986. Previously, Mr. Neil was Operations Manager from December 1984 to November 1986 at WYAY-FM (Gainesville, Georgia). He served at WYYY-FM and WSYR-AM (Syracuse, New York) as Operations Manager from October 1983 to December 1984 and as Program Director from March 1983 to October 1983.

Marc. W. Morgan
Executive Vice President &
Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Morgan has served as a director of Cox Radio since August 1999 and as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since February 2003. Prior to that, he served as Vice President and Co-Chief Operating Officer since July 1999 and as Senior Group Vice President of Cox Radio from May 1997 to June 1999. Previously, Mr. Morgan was Senior Vice President of Cox Radio from July 1996 to May 1997. He also served as Vice President and General Manager of WSB Radio from July 1992 to November 1998, and Vice President and General Manager of WCKG-FM (Chicago, Illinois) from January 1984 to July 1992.

Charles L. Odom
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Odom has served as Chief Financial Officer since January 2009. Prior to that, Mr. Odom served as Cox Radio’s Director of Financial Reporting and Analysis from 2001 through 2008, and as Assistant Controller of Cox Radio from 2000 to 2001. Mr. Odom joined Cox Radio in 1996 as Manager of Financial Reporting, having previously worked as a certified public accountant with Deloitte & Touche LLP.

Richard A. Reis
Group Vice President

Mr. Reis has served as Group Vice President of Cox Radio since April 1997. Previously, he was a Director and Group Vice President of New City Communications, Inc. since its organization in 1986. From 1983 to 1986, he served as Vice President of Katz Broadcasting Company, Inc., becoming Group Vice President in 1984. He was General Manager of WFTQ-AM and WAAF-FM (Worcester, Massachusetts) from 1981 and 1983, respectively, to 1989. Since 1989, he has served as Market Manager of WDBO-AM ,WWKA-FM ,WCFB-FM, WCFB, WMMO, and WHTQ (Orlando, Florida) . Since July 1996, Mr. Reis has served as Group Vice President of Cox Radio and works with its Florida radio stations.

Kimberly A. Guthrie
Regional Vice President

Ms. Guthrie has served as Market Manager of Southern Connecticut since November 2003 and Regional Vice President of Cox Radio since September 2001. Previously, she served as Vice President/General Manager in Long Island, New York, since joining Cox Radio in 1998. Prior to that, she served as General Sales Manager for KSTP in Minneapolis since 1995 and General Sales Manager of WMYX/WEZW/WEMP in Milwaukee since 1993. Ms. Guthrie also worked for WLUM in Milwaukee and WLXR in LaCrosse, WI.

Gregg A. Lindahl
Vice President, Interactive and New Technologies

Mr. Lindahl joined Cox in 1986, first as Vice President and General Manager of WSOC AM-FM, Charlotte, and then KLRX, Dallas, where he remained until Cox and CBS swapped stations in 1993. Following that, he managed radio stations in Portland, Oregon, and for ABC in Chicago. Lindahl rejoined Cox in 1997 as President of Cox's consumer market research firm, Eagle Research. In 1999, he was named President and Chief Operating Officer for a Cox Enterprises joint venture, mp3radio.com. Following the sale of mp3radio.com, he was appointed to his present position to launch Cox Radio Interactive. Prior to joining Cox, Mr. Lindahl served in positions as Group Programming Director for Gaylord Entertainment, Program Director for WSM AM-FM, Nashville, and KOMA, Oklahoma City. He has served on the board of directors of the Country Music Association and attended the University of Minnesota.

Roxann L. Miller
Vice President, Research

Ms. Miller has served as Vice President of Cox Radio Research since May 1998. Previously, Ms. Miller served as Vice President of The Research Group (1975-1988), conducting research and strategic planning for radio stations across the U.S. She served 6 years as Promotion Director, then Marketing Director, for KGW Radio in Portland, Oregon, before joining The Research Group.

Jarrett A. O'Connor
Regional Vice President

Mr. O'Connor has served as Regional Vice President of Cox Radio since September 2001. He has served as Vice President, Market Manager in Tampa since 1999 and was the Vice President, General Manager for WYYY and WWHT in Syracuse, New York, before moving to Tampa. Mr. O'Connor joined Cox Radio in December of 1997. Previously, Mr. O'Connor had served as a Sales Manager with the Katz Radio Group in Atlanta and New York since 1994 and as an Account Manager in Dallas and New York since 1991.

Robert B. Reed
Regional Vice President

Mr. Reed has served as Market Manager of San Antonio since May 2003 and as Regional Vice President of Cox Radio since September 2001. Previously, he served as Vice President and General Manager of KCYY/KKYX/KONO AM-FM/ & KELZ San Antonio from October 1997 to May 2003. From September 1982 to September 1984, he served KATZ Broadcasting as an account manager for WZZK in Birmingham. From September 1984 to September 1987, he was the Local Sales Manager of WZZK with New City Communications, and he served as General Sales Manager in San Antonio for KCYY and KKYX from September 1987 to September 1997. Mr. Reed has served on numerous local broadcast committees, and he is the past chairman and current board member of the Make-A-Wish Foundation for Central and South Texas.
